Ravi developed as a young filmmaker through the Tower of Youth Film Festival.   Soon after he began producing short films of his own.   Diving into the entertainment industry he has worked with NBC news affiliate KCRA 3, Spike TV, Corbis, and Universal.

As a recent graduate of the University of Southern California's School of Cinema-Television, he has gone on to produce a number of short films.   Most recent of which is the ambitious, politically-charged, musical comedy West Bank Story.  

Ravi followed up writing and directing a comedy about life after death in the short film Return to Sender.
